Damien Roylance started Entourage Finance in December 2015. After just five years in operation has expanded the brand to include Legal, Property Advisory and Wealth/Financial Planning too. Damien began his mortgage broking and finance career in 2006. It wasn’t long before he was recognised as one of Melbourne’s best finance mortgage brokers. He and Entourage now hold awards from every major awards program in the mortgage broking industry.
He of course holds his Diploma of Finance/Mortgage Broking among a number of other qualifications. Damien’s skills extend far beyond mortgages, finance broking and home loans. He’s also a Co-Founder of Rate My Agent, holds his Real Estate Licence and is a key adviser within the finance industry.
Damien’s specialties lie in assisting those with complex deals including high net worth individuals, self employed buyers and upgraders. The entire focus of his professional outlook revolves around supporting the client and putting them at the heart of everything he does. He particularly enjoys the challenge of finding solutions to complex scenarios where others have failed.
Damien is the driving force behind innovation and engagement within the business – he’s also behind most of the fun stuff that happens too. He’s got a charismatic style of leadership, putting trust in his team and providing support whenever it’s needed.
Damien Roylance is Founder and Managing Director of the Entourage Group and winner of the MFAA 2021 Victorian and National Residential Finance Broker of the Year Award and repeat winner on the MPA Top 100 Broker list.
