Last week we hosted our fourth annual Entourage Ladies Lunch just before International Women’s Day. And what a day it was! Attended by our staff, directors, clients and business partners – we shone a light on the benefits of surrounding yourself with a team to help you achieve financial and life goals.
We were joined by special guest and speaker, journalist Rebecca Maddern, who knows first hands the travails of working in a male dominated industry whilst juggling everything else life has to throw at you.
The event was also attended by Entourage co-founder Amy Roylance, client and Yummy Mummy Jane Scandizzo and media personality Rozalia Russian.
About the day, Director Damien Roylance said, “Women aren’t given enough opportunities to get together and network, ask questions and share ideas on the inter-related sectors of finance, financial wellness, property and legal, which is what we specialise in at Entourage. The fact the event has grown every year underlined the demand for such a casual and fun forum from women. Finance is not an easy industry for women to work in. There’s been a gradual decrease in the number of ladies working as brokers in Australia in recent years. But Entourage has proved to be different. More than half the team working under our roof are ladies – and all of them are exceptionally talented in what they do. It’s so satisfying to know we’ve developed a culture of inclusivity at Entourage and I know that resonates with our customers as well.”
