    Campaign Overview

    The Entourage Spring Referral Campaign (“Campaign”) rewards eligible referrers who introduce new finance clients to Entourage. Referrers will be rewarded $150 AUD gift card per qualifying referral that successfully settles. This campaign applies to finance leads generated across all Entourage office locations: Cremorne, Mornington, Geelong, Byron Bay, and Brisbane. By participating, referrers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


    Campaign Period

    • Lodgement & Approval Window: The referral loan application must be lodged and formally approved between 1 September 2026 and 30 November 2026 (inclusive).
    • Settlement Deadline: The referred loan must settle on or before 28 February 2027.


    Eligibility Criteria

    To qualify for the referral reward:

    • Referrer Eligibility: The referrer must be an existing client who has settled a loan with Entourage, worked with any of the Entourage divisions (Finance, Property, Asset, or Legal), or be an active member of Entourage’s social media communities.
    • Referrer Submission: The referrer must be submitted directly via the online referral form above. The referrer’s name and contact details must be provided at the time of submission.
    • Referral Loan Type: The referred lead must submit an application for a new finance purchase or refinance processed through Entourage.
    • Referral Minimum Loan Amount: The settled loan amount must be a minimum of $300,000 AUD.
    • New Client Requirement: The promotion is valid only for referred clients who have not previously settled a finance loan or refinance with Entourage.


    Reward Details

    • Eligible referrers will receive a $150 AUD Gift Voucher (“Reward”) per qualifying referral.
    • The Reward will be issued upon successful loan settlement (within 30 days of settlement confirmation).
    • Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
    • In the event of multiple referrers nominating the same client, the Reward will be issued to the primary referrer identified at application lodgement.

     

    Exclusions & Limitations

    • Loans that are withdrawn, declined, or fail to settle on or before 28 February 2027 will not qualify for the Reward.
    • Entourage employees, direct family members, and commercial partners operating under existing referrer commission agreements are excluded from participating.
    • Commercial loan facilities, personal loans, and asset finance are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing by Entourage.

     

    General

    • Entourage reserves the right to verify the validity of referrals and to disqualify any referrer who tampers with the referral process.
    • Entourage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
    • This Campaign is subject to Australian Consumer Law and standard National Consumer Credit Protection Act (NCCP) regulations.
