Eliza heads up our post-approval operations as Settlement Manager of Entourage Geelong. Currently on maternity leave, Eliza’s role ensures our post-approval pathways run with absolute precision, using her deep industry knowledge to guide her team in delivering a flawless, end-to-end client experience.

From orchestrating complex loan documentation to managing intricate correspondence with solicitors and lenders, Eliza ensures every settlement lands successfully and right on time. Beyond standard residential settlements, her true superpower lies in construction lending. Recognising that building a home can be a stressful journey, Eliza expertly navigates the construction pipeline, managing progress drawdowns and lender requirements from slab to completion to guarantee a seamless build.

When she isn’t managing settlement workflows or enjoying life as a new mum, Eliza loves nothing more than winding down over dinner with friends. Known around the office for her curation of premium treats, she has rightfully earned the title of our resident “Snack Queen” – an aspiration she takes very seriously.
