Caroline has had a passion for all things property for as long as she can remember. From construction and interior design to architecture and landscaping, this unrivalled love has led Caroline through 14 hard working years in property and commercial law. Over the years Caroline has gained in-depth experience in sales and acquisitions of residential, commercial and rural property, of subdivisions and consolidations, adverse possession, covenant amendment, property development as well as leasing.
Caroline’s experience extends in to mortgagee work ranging from mortgagee sales to drawing of mortgage documentation and business transactions of both small and large scale. Caroline has worked alongside and on behalf of developers, financiers, foreign investors, first home buyers through to multi-property investors. Just as a kicker Carolines years experience in the arena of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Probate.
Caroline hopes to provide a unique understanding of any legal process and of the requirements of the world of property and commercial transactions – both theoretically and practically and to share her love and enthusiasm of property with as many people as possible. Her specialisations include:

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Arts, an Advanced Diploma of Business and a Post Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice she is also a Licenced Conveyancer.
Caroline was recently elected as Secretary of the Board of Family Access Network, a not for profit organisation committed to responding to the diverse needs of homeless and at risk young people.
When Caroline is not trawling through realestate.com she will likely be found at the beach, her other great passion.
