A Mornington local through and through, Li-Chen brings an energetic, client-first approach to the Entourage team. Having spent her entire life in the Mornington Peninsula, she has a deep-rooted love for her local community, from supporting the bustling businesses along Main Street to enjoying the area’s beautiful beaches.

Li-Chen’s passion for exceptional customer service stems from a background in hospitality, which includes the impressive feat of running her own catering business – even fueling the Melbourne Storm rugby league club. This fast-paced experience taught her the true value of seamless communication, dedication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Now channelling those skills into finance, Li-Chen is currently completing her Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and Finance. In her role as Customer Service Manager, she thrives on seeing every application come together from start to finish. She is deeply passionate about guiding clients through every step of their property journey, ensuring they feel completely supported, informed, and valued along the way.

When she isn’t helping clients achieve their goals, Li-Chen loves staying active with pilates and gym sessions, unwinding at the beach, or getting lost in a good book. True to her hospitality roots, she is an avid cook who loves nothing more than whipping up a meal and spending quality time with her friends and family.
