Vincent Moore joined Entourage Finance in 2017 and has been a key part of the business’s growth ever since. After quickly establishing himself as one of the company’s leading brokers, he became a Partner in 2019 before opening and leading Entourage’s Mornington office in 2023.

Starting a new office from the ground up was a huge milestone, and since then Vincent has built a strong, high-performing team and created a culture that people genuinely enjoy being part of. He is highly respected by both his team and his peers for his leadership, work ethic and commitment to delivering great outcomes for clients.

Throughout his career, Vincent has received numerous industry awards and recognition, establishing himself as one of Australia’s leading mortgage brokers. While still only in his early 30s, he has already built an impressive career and continues to raise the bar for both himself and those around him.

One of Vincent’s greatest passions is helping others succeed. He plays an active role in mentoring younger brokers across Entourage, sharing his experience and helping them build successful, long-term careers. He also works closely alongside Entourage Founder Damien Roylance as a trusted business partner, helping shape the future of the business and drive its continued growth.
