Wayne brought over 20 years of finance industry experience with him when he joined the Entourage team in 2025. He holds a Diploma of Financial Services alongside an Applied Science degree as a qualified Public Health Officer – an unconventional background that has no doubt sharpened his ability to assess complex situations, think critically, and deliver practical solutions. Over the course of his career, Wayne has accumulated numerous industry accolades that reflect the standard of service his clients have come to expect.

Wayne specialises in investment and commercial lending, including private lending, reverse mortgages, and bridging loans – the more complex end of the finance spectrum where experience and creativity matter most. He’s the broker clients turn to when the stakes are high and the solution isn’t straightforward, and his two decades in the industry mean he’s seen just about everything.

Ask Wayne what he loves most about his job and he’ll tell you it’s helping clients achieve their dreams – and occasionally, saving them from a difficult situation before it becomes a serious one. A story that sums him up well: a client came to Wayne with a fully paid-off home and a simple question – what should I do now? Wayne put a plan in place, and that client now holds a portfolio of over seven investment properties. They’ve since referred friend after friend to Wayne – which really says it all.
