Matt Silk joined Entourage as General Manager in late 2025, bringing a wealth of international leadership and strategic expertise to the company. With a career spanning over 14 years at ExxonMobil, Matt held multiple senior management roles across the globe, mastering the complexities of large-scale operations and strategic execution.

Returning to his roots in the Australian property finance industry, Matt now oversees Entourage’s operational and financial performance. He is a results-driven leader with a steadfast commitment to fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. By blending high-level strategy with a hands-on leadership style, Matt ensures that the Entourage team remains at the forefront of professional excellence.

Away from the office, Matt is a dedicated family man who enjoys life with his wife and two children, whether they are playing competitive sports or relaxing at the beach.
