Damien is a seasoned finance and proptech entrepreneur who began his career in 2006, quickly establishing himself as one of Melbourne’s top-performing brokers. He was an early mover in the tech space, co-founding RateMyAgent, now a publicly listed company that has become one of Australia’s most recognised real estate technology platforms.
Building on that success, Damien founded Entourage Finance in 2015, a modern, client-first mortgage and finance business that blends deep industry expertise with technology and innovation. That same year, he was awarded Broker of the Year at the Australian Mortgage Awards, cementing his reputation as a leader in both traditional finance and the emerging fintech space.
Damien has since grown Entourage into one of Australia’s most respected independent brokerages, with over $3B in book value and a long list of accolades from every major industry awards program. His leadership style is dynamic and people-focused, driving strong business performance while fostering a culture of innovation, trust, and progression.
