Blake Serra

Blake’s journey at Entourage began with an internship through Monash University before being officially welcomed to the team in February 2025.

During his internship, Blake worked across many different elements within the Entourage business, primarily within the finance team. Supporting the brokers through research, guiding clients through applications and assisting at a range of touch points throughout the lending process, Blake was a natural to continue with Entourage at the end of his internship.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Business, Banking and Finance and Accounting at Monash University, Blake is in a fantastic position to expand his knowledge and expand his skillset within the banking and finance field prior to graduation. With experience in bookkeeping and accounts, Blake has received great exposure across a range of fields and elements within the operation of a business.

On the weekends Blake enjoys cheering for Collingwood, spending the odd weekend on the footy field himself, going to gigs and watching live music, and spending time with friends and family.
