Dawit joined the Entourage team in 2022 and has been working in the finance and mortgage broking industry for 3.5 years. He holds a Diploma and Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Accounting and Marketing – a combination that gives him a strong analytical edge when structuring solutions for his clients.
Dawit’s passion lies in helping first home buyers and first-time investors get their foot in the door, and he’s known for his ability to think outside the box and find a path forward in situations where others might not see one. If there’s a solution to be found, Dawit will find it.
What he loves most about his work is the opportunity to help young people build wealth for their future – not just for themselves, but for their families. A career highlight that captures this perfectly: a first home buyer came to Dawit with no idea where to start or whether buying a home was even possible for her. Four months later, she had the keys and was moving into her own place – a moment Dawit counts as one of his most rewarding achievements.
Outside of work, Dawit is a self-confessed food lover who’s always up for trying something new. A well-travelled adventurer who has visited every continent, he is currently adding another skill to his repertoire by learning Portuguese. He’s also a passionate sports fan and proudly flies the flag for Arsenal.
