After high school, Emma moved to New York City, where she spent four years managing a restaurant in Nolita, gaining valuable experience in a high-energy environment. Upon returning to Melbourne, she transitioned into real estate, starting her career as an Executive Assistant.
For the past 12 years, Emma has worked in the tech industry, supporting entrepreneurs and driving operational success. Her contributions were pivotal in the successful exits of 1Form, acquired by REA, and Fillr, acquired by Rakuten. Most recently, Emma served as Business Operations Manager at Rakuten, where she played a key role in overseeing business operations and strategic initiatives.
Emma thrives as the go-to person for busy executives. She finds great satisfaction in helping executives stay focused and productive, ensuring that their time is used effectively.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending weekends with her husband and three children, catching up with friends, exploring new wineries, and tackling home improvement projects.
