Lauren joined the Entourage team in July 2021, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning a 14+ year career in the finance industry. With a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management coupled with her attention to detail and caring approach it comes as no surprise that she won the Loan Administrator of the year in 2020 at the Better Business Awards.

Working closely with the Finance broker from the beginning ensures Lauren understands your financial position thoroughly and provides the guidance and support you need throughout the process of organising your home loan. Customer service is the highest priority for Lauren, especially taking the stress out of what can sometimes be the biggest financial transaction for many people.

She loves helping put clients on the path to home ownership and financial success – whether it be guiding first home buyers through their purchase or helping upgraders and investors expanding their portfolios. Lauren finds it all very rewarding and brings her great joy on approval day.
