Byron Bay’s most expensive home sales

The most expensive home ever sold in Byron Bay was The Range, a sprawling farmhouse/estate in Coopers Shoot which sold in 2023 for $37M.

Longwood in Possum Creek owned by Helen Sali was listed for $30M in 2021.

This trophy home in Wategos, previously sold for $22M is another example of beautiful Byron Bay real estate.
