Lauren Brown

Lauren started with Entourage in February 2021 after having spent the past 11 years working in the mortgage and finance industry across a range of brokerages in leading customer service roles. Lauren works closely with Finance Broker Nick Ash and enjoys working within the broader Entourage team.

With a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and many years’ supporting clients in their journey toward home ownership, Lauren knows what she’s doing when it comes to loan application preparation, submissions and processing ensuring smooth sailing through to settlement.

Lauren has excellent relationship building skills, ensuring she has the right network within the lending community to get the best outcomes for Entourage clients. She also has a special focus on customer service and punctuality. As with most of the Entourage team, Lauren adores helping First Home Buyers enter the market, especially helping families to purchase their first home to raise their kids in.

One of Lauren’s favourite memories was helping some of her clients consolidate some debt they had acquired over the years in order to save (a substantial amount of) money. Unfortunately, the bank initially knocked the client back however thanks to some quick thinking and fancy footwork, Lauren was able to negotiate with the lender and get the deal done for the clients.
